Which scent is right for me?
We know there are a lot of choices — and that's a great thing! Each product listing includes a detailed scent profile to help you decide.

What makes your fragrances unique?
Every scent is crafted with premium ingredients and inspired by our founder’s Jamaican heritage. Our blends are designed to evoke the feeling of “Everything Criss” – a state of contentment and well-being in your own home.
Are your products made with natural ingredients?
Yes! We’re committed to using high-quality, natural ingredients and essential oils to ensure our fragrances are both delightful and gentle on your senses.
How do I care for my candles and incense?
For candles, always trim the wick to about ¼ inch before each use and never leave them unattended. Keep free of drafts and out of reach from children and pets. When burning incense, ensure you use a heat-resistant holder in a well-ventilated area. Detailed care instructions are provided with every product.

How do I place a wholesale order?
Thank you for your interest! If you would like to discuss building a relationship with us and selling our products in your retail storefront, please email everythingchriss<at sign>gmail.com. Please include your company information, website, and EIN. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Alternatively, you can purchase through our Faire Direct link. Send us an email for a discount code to be used on your first order.
SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
We thank you for your purchase and hope that you are pleased with your product.
Products are made to order, so please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
How long does shipping take?
As soon as your package is ready to ship, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with your tracking number. We typically ship via UPS and UPS ground.
RETURNS
What is your Exchange Policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept exchanges.
What is your Return Policy?
All products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, nor do we allow returns. In the event that a product arrives damaged, we will send a replacement if reported within 7 days of receipt of the package. Please include a photo of the damages and shipping box with a description of the issue and your Order Number to everythingchriss<at sign>gmail.com.
