We thank you for your purchase and hope that you are pleased with your product.

Products are made to order, so please allow up to 5 business days for processing. As soon as your package is ready to ship, you’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number. 

All products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, nor do we allow returns. In the event that a product arrives damaged, we will send a replacement if reported within 7 days of receipt of the package. Please include a photo of the damages and shipping box with a description of the issue and your Order Number to everythingchriss@gmail.com.
